Dr. Alycia "Aly" Pugh graduated Cum Laude from Palmer College of Chiropractic Florida in 2016 with a passion for helping people live healthier, more connected lives. Her journey has shaped a family-centered approach to neurologically-focused chiropractic care.
A Journey with Purpose
Like many healthcare journeys, hers didn't follow a perfectly straight path. Early in practice, Dr. Aly worked with a wide variety of patients and conditions, developing a deep appreciation for the body's incredible ability to heal.
Motherhood Changed Everything
The births of her two children, Avery and Cooper, gave her a new perspective. Navigating breastfeeding challenges, sleepless nights, emotional ups and downs, and the everyday questions of parenthood helped define her professional purpose.
A Deeper Understanding
Through her own family's experiences, Dr. Aly discovered the profound impact that birth experiences, stress, and nervous system dysregulation can have on both children and parents.
Advanced Training
Her journey led to advanced training through The Pediatric Experience, where she focused on pediatric neurodevelopment, birth stress, sensory challenges, and family-centered care. She also trained in Network Spinal and other neurologically-focused approaches that support the body's natural ability to heal.
Her Philosophy
Rather than simply chasing symptoms, Dr. Aly believes healing happens when the body's innate wisdom and nervous system are properly supported.

I’m a UCF pre-nursing student, bookworm, golf lover, and one of the smiling faces you'll see when you walk into Genesis! I love making people feel welcome, building genuine connections, and helping families feel right at home.
When I’m not studying to become a registered nurse, you’ll probably find me on the golf course, curled up with a good book, catching a beautiful sunrise, or spending time outdoors with family and friends. I love trying new things, embracing new adventures, and finding joy in the little moments that make life so special.
Caring for others has always been on my heart. Whether I’m greeting you at the front desk, celebrating your wins, or simply sharing a smile, my goal is to help every person who walks through our doors feel seen, supported, and genuinely cared for. As the business office mom at Genesis Family Chiropractic, I love creating calm behind the scenes—building financial plans, handling administrative life, and crafting presentations that help our team and families thrive. My greatest joy starts at home with my husband, Terry “Pop”, who’s enjoying retirement, and my son Charlie, who keeps me laughing every day. I’m also a retired Senior Real Estate Manager for 7‑11, so spreadsheets and negotiations are kind of my love language. When I’m not balancing budgets or organizing the office, you’ll find me cooking up something new, barrel racing or riding the trails, or sharing a meal with family. I’m here to support our clinic’s mission with warmth, organization, and a little bit of humor—because every family deserves care delivered with compassion and a smile.
